The proposal for the new Whitney Museum is a daring and innovative project.  The Museum creates a connection for art -- a bridge between the exhibit and the art presented. The building is a rythmic interplay of light surface and structure, a series of concrete and steel translates into a building that can be monumental but at the same time disspear into its environment.
